Welcome to www.Bloomsberry.com ( "Site" or "Bloomsberry " ). The website www.bloomsberry.in is owned and operated by Bloomsberry Innovations (" BLOOMSBERRY "), with its registered office at KC- 164, kavi nagar, ghazizbad (UP) Ghaziabad 201002 India..
The Platform is only to be used for your personal non-commercial use and information. Your use of the services and features of the Platform shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter " Terms of Use ") along with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Cancellation, Refund and Return Policy (together " Policies ") as modified and amended from time to time.
By mere accessing or using the Platform, you are acknowledging, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms of Use and the Polices, whether you have read the same or not. ACCESSING, BROWSING OR OTHERWISE USING THE PLATFORM INDICATES YOUR UNCONDITIONAL AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS AGREEMENT, SO PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING . If you do not agree to any of the terms enumerated in the Terms of Use or the Policies, please do not use the Platform. You are responsible to ensure that your access to this Platform and material available on or through it are legal in each jurisdiction, in or through which you access or view the platform or such material.

This Privacy Policy outlines Bloomsberry approach to Data Protection and Privacy to fulfil its obligations under the applicable laws and regulations . This Privacy Policy applies to your Personal Information which is processed by us, whether in physical or electronic mode.

While you may be able to browse the platform (Website and App collectively referred to as “Platform”) from countries outside of India, however please note we do not offer any product/service under this Platform outside India.  By visiting the platform or providing your information, you expressly agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy and agree to be governed by the laws of India including but not limited to the laws applicable to data protection and privacy. If you do not agree please do not use or access our Platform.

In this Privacy Policy, the expressions ‘Personal Information’, ‘Data Subject’, ‘Controller’, ‘Processor’ and ‘Processing’ shall have the meanings given to them in the applicable privacy laws .

We are committed to treating data privacy seriously. It is important that you know exactly what we do with your Personal Information.

We understand the importance of safeguarding your personal information and we have formulated a Privacy Policy, to ensure that your personal information is sufficiently protected. Apart from these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy shall also govern your visit and use of the Site. Your continued use of the Site implies that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. You consent to the use of personal information by BLOOMSBERRY in accordance with the terms of and purposes set forth in the Privacy Policy, the same may be subject to amendment from time to time at the sole discretion of BLOOMSBERRY.

Terms & Conditions

Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh by courier. Until further notice, all dispatches and deliveries will be delayed due to interruption in logistics functioning caused by Covid 19. Unfortunately we cannot commit to dispatch or delivery timelines during this time and request you to bear with us.

  • Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc.However, the brand takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

  • Bloomsberry is not responsible for damage after delivery.

  • Bloomsberry offers Free shipping for orders above 599/- rs. Any order below 599 will be charged 99/- rs per package.

  • Bloomsberry offers Cash On delivery at flat rate of 100/- rs per order.

  • Dispatch of all the product(s) ordered, may or may not happen at the same time.

  • The product(s) will be inspected and packaged prior to handing them over to our trusted delivery partners.

  • Our delivery partners will bring the package to you as early as possible. In case, they are unable to reach the provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

  • We dispatch most orders within 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Bloomsberry does not ship outside India at the moment.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we will not be able to accept product exchanges or initiate refunds at this point in time to ensure the safety and hygiene of all our customers. For any queries feel free to reach out to our customer care team at services.bloomsberry@gmail.com .

Exceptions will be made ONLY in the case that there is a quality concern wherein our teams will examine the products returned to verify if the product is in a condition to be returned/exchanged.

Return/exchange requests that qualify as per the exceptions mentioned above are subject to an inspection and checking by the Bloomsberry Team. If you claim a leakage in the product or if it was damaged during the delivery process, please send us an email with the product and inner and outer packaging and the batch number, within 48 hours of the delivery. We shall take 48-72 hours to review the images and revert back.

No cash refunds are permitted.

An item is eligible for exchange or refund only if it fulfils the exception mentioned above and the following conditions:

  • Sold in a physically damaged condition.

  • Has missing parts or accessories.

  • Product packaging not opened, product not used.
