SHIPPING POLICY

Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh by courier. Until further notice, all dispatches and deliveries will be delayed due to interruption in logistics functioning caused by Covid 19. Unfortunately we cannot commit to dispatch or delivery timelines during this time and request you to bear with us. 

  • Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc.However, the brand takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

  • Bloomsberry is not responsible for damage after delivery.

  • Bloomsberry offers Free shipping for orders above 599/- rs. Any order below 599 will be charged 99/- rs per package.

  • Dispatch of all the product(s) ordered, may or may not happen at the same time.

  • The product(s) will be inspected and packaged prior to handing them over to our trusted delivery partners.

  • Our delivery partners will bring the package to you as early as possible. In case, they are unable to reach the provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

  • We dispatch most orders within 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Bloomsberry does not ship outside India at the moment.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we will not be able to accept product exchanges or initiate refunds at this point in time to ensure the safety and hygiene of all our customers. For any queries feel free to reach out to our customer care team at services.bloomsberry@gmail.com .

Exceptions will be made ONLY in the case that there is a quality concern wherein our teams will examine the products returned to verify if the product is in a condition to be returned/exchanged.

Return/exchange requests that qualify as per the exceptions mentioned above are subject to an inspection and checking by the Bloomsberry Team. If you claim a leakage in the product or if it was damaged during the delivery process, please send us an email with the product and inner and outer packaging and the batch number, within 48 hours of the delivery. We shall take 48-72 hours to review the images and revert back.

No cash refunds are permitted.

An item is eligible for exchange or refund only if it fulfils the exception mentioned above and the following conditions:

  • Sold in a physically damaged condition.

  • Has missing parts or accessories.

  • Product packaging not opened, product not used.
